What payment methods do you accept?
We accept FPX online banking and Visa / MasterCard payments. All transactions are securely processed via Billplz.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Your payment information is not stored on our website. All payments are encrypted and securely handled by Billplz.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email after successful payment. If you don’t see it, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you deliver outside of Malaysia?
No. We currently only ship within Malaysia (West & East Malaysia).
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping time may vary depending on your location and courier performance.
What courier service do you use?
We use DHL as our logistics partner to ensure fast and reliable delivery across Malaysia
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, you’ll receive an order number right after placing your order. The tracking number will be emailed to you once your parcel is shipped.
What happens if I entered the wrong address?
Please contact us immediately after placing your order. If the order has already shipped, we are not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Please confirm all details before placing your order.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your item is damaged or incorrect, please email us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving it. Each case will be reviewed individually.

Are the product descriptions and images accurate?
We strive to ensure all product details are accurate. However, there may be slight color differences due to lighting or screen settings.
Are the products ready stock?
Yes. If the product is available for purchase on our site, it means it’s in stock. If there’s any stock issue, we will contact you.
